Refund policy

 

KUN HONG is a small studio, and we are not able to offer a 100% return/refund at this time. We have a 14-day exchange policy for any quality issues or order mistakes that may arise, meaning you have 14 days from receipt to request an exchange if the product you receive has any defects or if there has been any mistake made with the order due to our mishandling.

To be eligible for a quality exchange, your merchandise item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from any direct KUN HONG selling channels, as well as a written description of the defect. If your exchange/return is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange/return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/return will not be accepted. In all events, the customer will be charged the shipping fees as well as restocking fees for the exchange/return. You can always contact us for any order questions at studio@kunhong.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital items or gift cards.

Other Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of one item for another, regardless of whether their pricing or values are equal. KUN HONG advocates for conscious and ethical fashion consumption and we do not take exchanges/returns based on stylistic preferences or change of mind if you have purchased from us directly.

Refunds
The order will only be refunded if there are no exchanges for the same style/size available. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned merchandise, and let you know if there will be a refund, should an exchange not be available. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
